1.1 CARRIE REICHARDT'S NEW PROJECT.
CARRIE REICHARDT'S ELEPHANT IN LONDON.
Carrie has not only been hard at it over the last months with her involvement with the craftavist show here but has been grafting in the studio to produce the most amazing sculpture. She has been invited to decorate one of many sculptures that are being placed around London to height light the plight of the Elephant.
Her piece is one of the stars of the set and has pride of place out side the Natural History Museum in London's South Kensington.Carrie and good friend Nick Reynolds another of the craftavist in our show, have been toiling over this amazing piece and the amount of work involved it staggering. Check out the clip from the Beeb and also look for others on youtube and her own site. If you want any info on the work let us know and we'll let you know.
1.2 PINKY, The Pinkfriargate public art exhibition
The Pinkfriargate public art exhibition is up until mid August and our fav' artist Pinky has filled the streets of Hull with his visions. From massive banners to the fronts of shops the artist has been let loose with colours, printers and a grant.
For years now the artist has been part of projects to help his home towns and other spaces all over the world, but this must be great for him as it's in his home town and on such a massive scale.

1.2.3 WarBoutique rocking the gallery and a TV near you
The War Boutique are showing great work in the gallery and on a TV near you. The artist is featuring in a Doc on goldsmiths and is keeping it real when it comes to the art school world. Doing his own thing and producing some great items. The gallery has already sold a load of work, from badges to bullet proof vests. Have a look as the work here.

1.5 EINE & ZEUS in the gallery.3/10/09
Both the artists have been in the gallery going over details for the next show. The work is looking amazing and we are sure you will love it. We have put up a few images of them in and around the studio with there work.
The show has a all original hand drawn alphabet from the artist with Crime and Punishment at its heart. There will be a limited edition along side an show print. Keep a look out for some other interesting items from them both.
UPDATES: 9/11/09 There is talk of a piece going up in Brighton. With both artists in the same city, I should hope so too.
24/11/09 : The nutters were out and about in Brighton getting things going on the street here. Brighton now has new Eine shutters and both artists are finishing a piece on a wall on the corner of Gardner St. Already getting some attention and it looks as if it will be a great bit of work. The guys were out over the past days getting the main work done but having to put up with the most amazing winds and driving rain. At points it was impossible to paint but now the winds have died down they should be hard at it. Go and check them out Corner of Gardner St and Church St the piece will be hard to miss.

1.6 Dan Baldwin working the canvas 5/10/09
On one of his usual ink missions Dan has been in the studio laying down his crazy imagery on some heavy canvases, What are them things made off!..
So with screens flying and the ink flowing he got some amazing results. Always different to the last time and always better. So these tasty bits will not be seeing the day-light for a bit as they are off to be worked on, and here is the news, by another hand. ! . Well you will have to keep an eye out for whats going on there so check Dan's site for updates. If you want a little sneak look check this out.
UPDATE 9/11/09 : New images will be going up of our other sessions over the last few years, with some great pieces so keep an eye out.
1.7 Dan Baldwin's new 'L/E Cup and Saucer' sets. 20/11/09
Dan has a wonderful new Limited Edition out and this time its no print. The new work is a piece in a set by artist producing a wonderful wrapped Cup and Saucer set. These are little classic Baldwins for all those who wish they could get there hands on those classic vases.
Check the other artist work out and collect a set and invite a load of people for tea!!
1.8 Pinky show and new walls
The word is out and it sounds like Pinky and his mates have a show for you, coming up in the next few weeks and sure to be a great one. Keep a look out and the moment we get info we'll let you know.

1.9 29/01/10 - Flood the Valley back to shake it up again
29/01/10 The guys from flood the Valley that took Brighton by storm are back again after a spell away with some brilliant work. We have the usual wit and cleverly crafted works that will make you rethink the out-side world.
The guy absence was thankfully short and we can now get back seeing the new work leave their studio. They have both been working hard together producing some great print and working towards some even better originals and low editions for the gallery walls.
You must keep a look out to see what we have as we have been given a sneaking peek into there studio space and can't wait to get our mits on some of those pieces.
